Welcome to josephkreuz.com, a personal reflection of my worldview. When people ask what I write about, I usually say, “I write about stuff.” But within this collection of stories and insights lies the heart of my Weltanschauung—my lens on life.
My first book, The Power of Relationships, is in the works, an assemblage of insights and reflections in literary form, bringing my perspectives to life. After reading so many books, it’s finally my turn to write one. My essays are a collection of stories, straightforward, relatable, and free of jargon.

I’ve always been guided by a simple belief: relationships matter. It’s a value passed down through my upbringing and shaped by experience. Throughout my career, I’ve carried that commitment to fairness and integrity, even when it meant making tough choices.
My roots trace back to a farming family in Toledo, Ohio, a background that taught me resilience, discipline, and fortitude, along with the value of early mornings. Though I chose a different path, our family vacations during high school were spent on both of my grandparents’ farms — baling hay, working the fields, picking vegetables, and milking cows. I’ve always admired the parallels: farming and sales both require patience, hard work, and the willingness to bet on yourself.

My parents shaped my values in profound ways. My dad, Norm, was an old-school salesman—friendly, dapper, loyal, and deeply committed to his customers. His personable, caring nature remains a guiding example.

My mom graduating top of her nursing class at age 21, balanced a career in nursing with raising six children, returning to work once the youngest was grown,

Since graduating SUNY Buffalo, my career spanned three employers and two entrepreneurial ventures. I founded AP Professionals in 1993, growing it from a local startup into an international success story built on trust, relationships, and excellence. In 2024, I pivoted—retiring from AP and founding Kreuz Business Development, shifting my focus to niche consulting, mentoring, and strategic growth.
At the heart of it all is family. Cindy, my high school sweetheart and lifelong partner, our children, and our grandchildren remain my greatest joy and inspiration.

I invite you to explore the stories, lessons, friendships, blog posts, and editorial reflections that define my journey.
